The independent work desk · Pilot

Your work.
A lasting record.

Credentials, engagements and income. Connected in one workspace, with your guild behind you.

From first profile to guild support.

Four things you do in Sreni, in the order most members do them.

  1. Create your profile

Sign in through your browser, join your guild and add the basics. Optional steps can wait until you need them.

  2. Add evidence

Upload certificates and work samples. Each item stays labelled as self-declared until someone reviews it.

  3. Organise your work

Record services, gigs and milestones, then draft invoices from the same record.

  4. Use guild support

Open a case when something goes wrong. The reviewer, the reasons and any appeal stay on the record.

Each credential carries a label: self-declared, guild-reviewed or issuer-verified. Clients see exactly what was checked, and by whom.

Questions, answered plainly.

Which operating systems are supported?

The pilot supports Windows 11 on x64 computers. macOS and Linux are planned. We will list them only after they have been tested and released.

Do I need an internet connection?

Yes, to sign in and sync. Drafts you choose to save are kept encrypted on your computer and checked against the server when you reconnect.

How is my passport verified?

Every item starts as self-declared. Your guild can review it, and some items can be confirmed by the issuer. Each item shows its own status. There is no single trust score.

Is a Sreni plan the same as insurance?

No. A software plan covers the Sreni app only. Insurance premiums, guild dues, mutual-aid contributions and payment fees are separate and never part of a plan price.

Does AI make decisions about me?

No. AI can suggest fields from a document you choose. You review each suggestion before anything is saved, and you can always enter details by hand.

Who can see my data?

People you share with, and guild staff whose role requires it for a specific record. Share links show only the fields you choose, and you can revoke them.
