A plan pays for software. Nothing else.

A Sreni plan does not include cover, credit or returns. These charges are always separate and come from the organisation that provides them:

  • Insurance premiums
  • Guild dues
  • Mutual-aid contributions
  • Payment fees
  • Other partner charges

Kept if you move to a smaller plan

  • Your records

    Everything you have added stays readable.

  • Consent controls

    You can still change or withdraw permissions.

  • Exports

    You can still request a full copy of your data.

  • Open cases

    Cases in progress continue to their outcome.

Pricing questions

When will prices be published?

After the pilot. We are measuring real running costs and talking with pilot members before setting any amount. Prices will be shown in INR with tax stated clearly.

Can I pay for Sreni today?

No. There is no checkout during the pilot. Invited members and guilds use Sreni under pilot terms agreed with them directly.

What happens to my records if I change plans?

You keep access to your records, consent controls, exports and open cases if you move to a smaller plan, under the published retention policy.

Will AI usage be unlimited?

No. AI tools will have stated allowances. We will not promise unlimited use that we cannot run sustainably.
