How Sreni handles your data.
This page describes the controls that exist in the product, in plain terms. It is not a substitute for the privacy policy.
Controls you can find in the app.
Shared fields
Each share link includes only the fields you tick.
Link expiry and revocation
Links end on a date you set, or the moment you revoke them.
Purpose-based consent
Optional data uses are listed one by one. Withdrawing consent stops new use.
Export
Request a copy of your records from Settings.
Deletion requests
Request deletion separately from signing out. Copies made for AI processing are included.
Where AI fits, and where it doesn't.
- AI only runs on a document when you ask it to.
- It drafts fields. It does not save them. You review and accept each one.
- Every drafted value shows where in the document it was found, and unclear values are flagged.
- AI does not decide verification, case outcomes or payments.
- You can always enter details by hand instead.
Who can see your records.
Role and relationship
Access depends on your role and your link to the specific record, not just guild membership.
Narrow client access
A client sees only what you share with them, and nothing about your other work.
Logged exceptions
Support staff have limited access by default. Any wider access is time-limited, needs a reason and is recorded.
What a status badge means
Verification, payment and any future insurance cover each have their own status, set by whoever is responsible for it. Sreni never shows something as verified, paid or covered until that source has confirmed it.
