Common questions
I have an invitation. Where do I start?
Install Sreni on a Windows 11 computer, open it and choose Sign in. Your browser opens to complete sign-in. Use the same email address your invitation was sent to.
The sign-in page did not open in my browser.
Sreni opens your default browser for sign-in. If nothing happens, check that a default browser is set in Windows Settings, then choose Sign in again.
How do I share my passport with a client?
Open Passport, choose Share, tick the fields you want to include, set an expiry and preview the result before creating the link.
How do I stop sharing a link?
Open Passport, go to Active links and choose Revoke. The link stops working straight away.
How do I export or delete my data?
Go to Settings and open Your data. You can request an export or request account deletion. Deletion is separate from signing out.
